Richard, What exactly are you doing?
We are an innovative media startup creating the most personalised and authentic fan experiences in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. Every single person in the world has an idol from whom they would love to receive a personal message. With ShoutOut.vip it is possible to get a personal video message from celebrities for your friend, partner or colleague. In addition, we offer promotional ShoutOuts from our VIPs for companies, brands or events.
Where do you see its main application?
We see that most of our orders are family members or friends from a certain VIP fan. The purpose of booking a personal ShoutOut is to be that friend or colleague with the most awesome present on birthdays, graduations or whatever reason there is to congratulate.
We have taken our role to unburden the VIPs very seriously. Together with our 250 (and counting) VIPs, we created the best flow to easily manage and record the ShoutOuts. With our ShoutOut VIP App, the VIP users have everything they need (dashboard, requests, autocue selfie mode, invoices, etc) in one place.

What is the impact of your business?
70% of our bookings are arising from fun and happiness. Roasts, congratulations, best wishes – we see them all ánd we have seen them all! Our overall rating by our clients is a solid 9,0.
Lately, we also see bookings for motivational speeches to encourage people to stay strong due to traumatic events that happened in the past.
Where do you stand right now?
We just celebrated our first anniversary. Since day one we are growing fast, in revenue but also in the amount and diversity of VIPs that we work with.
Who has invested in you and what kind of investors are you looking for?
At this point, we are looking for 500k of investment. 250k is already secured by a Dutch business angel. Our ideal investor match would be an in-kind investment by a major European media company or an investor with a wide network in the European media world.
